Your website is awesome!! I am a 21 year old 5’2 female, and at 140lbs – I was overweight!! I just wanted to drop you a quick note on my progress. A year ago, I weighed 250 lbs and had a body fat of about 34 or 35%. Thanks to the excellent advice on your website, I am now 179lbs and 16.6% fat. I still have some work left to do on my body so I have adjusted my goals, but all it took was good portion control and regular exercise. I can’t tell you how amazing your site is, though I know you’ve already been told that plenty of times, but IT IS!! So helpful and obviously extremely accurate. Just so you know, I only added daily exercise into my weight loss plan a couple months ago – the majority of my weight loss until that point had been simply by calorie counting according to your fat loss calorie estimation! Last January (of 2011) me, my mom, and my sister decided we were gonna make a pact and lose weight together. I found this website and it helped us out tremendously. I have been an “advocate” for freedieting.com since May of 2009 when I started using it to count my calories. I started on May 1st, 2009. I weighed 174 and had a BMI of 33.6. Through using your website to count my calories and going to the gym 3-5 times per week, by August 28th, 2010 (my wedding day) I lost 49 pounds and obtained a BMI of 18. When I first started trying on wedding dresses, I was trying on 16’s. The dress I wore on my wedding day was a size 6! (And too big!) My body went through an AMAZING transformation and my success has been life changing not only for myself, but also to the people whom I have promoted your sight to as well! (I love telling people about freedieting.com, even complete strangers!) I wanted to let you know that I lost a total of 65+ pounds using primarily your website’s calorie calculator
Maintenance Calorie Level, as a reference. I maintained my roughly 2050 calorie level a majority of days and my weight dropped over a year to my ideal weight range. Specifically, the nutrient calculators. At 180, I hit a plateau and found that just cutting calories was no longer sufficient. I had to start paying attention to the nutrient balance of my meals. I was once 180 and lost 45 pound on my own, that was in 03, ever since then I’ve yoyo’d from 135-155, I found this website last summer, my weight was once again at 155. I started doing a calorie journal, with working out and doing the zig zag calorie intake, I’m proud to say I’m now 125 and only 10lbs away in reaching my goal. I just wanted to say thanks for the site.  I have lost 75 lbs in the last 9 months I was consistently losing 12 lbs a month but have since plateaued at a good spot I am 33, 6 foot 2 inches and am currently 180lbs  I was 255lbs. and this was my first attempt at weight control.  My blood pressure and cholesterol levels were really high and are now normal.

I just want to drop a message to send a note of GREAT ABUNDANT GOOGLE of
APPRECIATION for the information provided on this site. I’ve found it
extremely informative and it even helped me achieve my weight loss goal
COMFORTABALY & COST EFFECTIVELY (FREE).

For me it was the “Daily Calorie
Needs” calculator combined with the “Calories in Food” information which
helped me the MOST. I don’t think it’s common knowledge to do what it
really takes to loss FAT and this did it for me. I really like the fact

Just a note of thanks. I found your website last summer when I started
my program. I thought I could pay someone like jenny craig, or weight
watchers, or i could do some research and do it myself. So thanks for your
