Diet-to-Go

Diet-to-Go is a long-running (14 years) service that provides freshly prepared, tasty, convenient and nutritionally balanced meals to dieters. 

Diet-to-Go now ships to any US location (or pick up yourself from sites in Baltimore/Washington DC or San Francisco Bay areas). All of the meals are low in fat, low in sodium and low in cholesterol.

How Diet to Go works

Diet-to-go supplies diet meals in several plans. Each plan comprises 4 weekly menus repeated in a four week cycle, so over a month every week is different. Based on personal information (weight-loss objectives, dietary restriction and preferences), a counselor recommends an appropriate meal plan, with which you may lose from 2 to 3 pounds per week.

Low fat, low carb, or vegetarian

The plan may be low-fat, low-carb or vegetarian (most plans provide 1200 or 1600 calories a day depending on portion size ordered), and/or you may select from additional options like Convenience Pack or Midweek 3-Pack if suitable.

Diet-to-Go ships your food for a week on the first Monday or Tuesday after you place your order; you receive it in 2 to 3 days. The meals are packed in dry ice, and shipped in a styro-foam cooler. Diet-to-Go being a meal plan for dieting, your order is repeated until you change that arrangement or unless you order for a specific number of weeks.
