Licious Living Diet Delivery (incorporating The Specialty Gourmet service) delivers diet meals in Canada, currently only in areas of Toronto and Vancouver. This is a versatile provider of gourmet meals for diet plans including Five Factor, The Zone,The Hormone Diet, A la' Carte, and Healthy Living.

How Diet Delivery programs work

Choose your own meals or allow selections to made for you from an extensive 28 day menu cycle. Hot and cold options are available for each day. Every night between 10 pm and 6 am, an insulated cooler is delivered to you with the following day's gourmet meals and snacks. The provider offers these plans:

Premium Service: Offers meals for diet plans 5 Factor, The Zone, Healthy Living, as well as A La Carte meals and Family Dinners. Purchase any number of days at a time (minimum 10 days), and receive delivery any number of days per week. Full Zone daily programs range from 13 to 22 Zone blocks.

Specific Diets

• Zone plan meals comprise 40% carbohydrates, 30% lean protein and 30% fat. Carbs come primarily from low glycemic fruits and vegetables; starchy carbs are generally avoided. This plan is also used as Atkins Maintenance phase.
• Healthy Living Diet is for a generally healthier lifestyle and to fight heart disease, following Canada's Food Guide for Healthy Eating. Designed to reduce fat and sodium intake, and ideal for optimum cardiovascular health. The daily plan ranges from 1200 - 2300 calories with four meal sizes.
• 5 Factor Diet consists of doing everything in fives. The dieter eats 5 times a day and the meals consist of low fat proteins as well as healthy fats.
• The Hormone Diet is based on Dr. Natasha Turner's book. This diet uses certain foods to correct hormonal imbalances in the body in order to promote greater health.
• A La Carte This plan allows the dieter to pick and choose meals according to their situation or lifestyle. If a dieter just wants a healthy lunch everyday or a healthy dinner every night then this plan would be suitable.
