Atkins At Home offers a weekly US-wide 'delivery to your door' program, licensed by Atkins Nutritionals, Inc, comprising freshly prepared meals that comply with The Atkins Diet.

Daily delivery is currently available in southern California and the San Francisco Bay area. Home delivery of Atkins Diet meals can be sourced from a number of websites, including the popular diet program resource eDiets.

How the Atkins At Home plan works

The Atkins At Home program has a 14-day food cycle with a rotating menu, giving either 20 or 40 grams of total daily carbs. So there is a choice from 14 different breakfasts, lunches, and dinners ensuring plenty of variety in your menu.

Specific meats, fruits, vegetables, spices or other ingredients can be eliminated from meals to cater for allergies or dislikes.

All food is prepared fresh without added preservatives or trans fats, and delivered weekly (or daily in areas of California) for storage in your refrigerator until use.

Cost of the Atkins At Home plan

The program is ordered 28 days at a time, at a cost of. around $35 per day ($980 per 28-day order) plus shipping/handling.
